POLICY

RETURNS  There is a  5 day policy to notify us after you recieved your order, if you would like to process a return. Also 5 days notify us after receiving your order to notify us of any issues.

There are certain situations where refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition and is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error. We will process a refund that will be refunded to payment method used.

*If we are notified by carrier that package was lost in transit we will issue you a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,  a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. (only on defected items returns)

Store Credit will be issued when product is received.

 

 Please return item in the same condition that you received it with no alterations and in its original packaging if possible. You’ll also need proof of purchase (Order number) which can be sent via email baeyomiicollection@gmail.com

Please keep note if return process is approved you have 5 days from approval to return item(s) .Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit if shipped past the 5 days.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back without return approval.

 

Exchanges when item is in stock (if applicable) 
We can only exchange if the item requested is in stock otherwise we can issue you store credit or a refund.

 

To start a return

 Contact us at customerservice@baeyomii.com . If your return is accepted (only on defected items returnswe’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns that qualify for store credit all shipping cost are required to pay by customer. Please note Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@baeyomii.com .

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When processing a return we will provide shipping label. If you choose an opposite shipping carrier please be aware that you will be responsible for that carriers shipping fees . Please allow up to 2-3 days for order to be fulfilled

All large orders and orders $80 or more will require a signature from carrier.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for missing packages that have been delivered. If there is a delivery you have missed please refer to carrier to arrange pick up or rescheduling of Package. If there are any special requirements for delivery, please reach out to carrier to secure an successful delivery arrangement.

Due to Covid-19, many of our shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive.
